In the food industry, humidification plays an important role. Indeed, for the storage, the transport of products or even for the maturing of cheese or the conservation of wine, it is necessary to propose a precise and constant temperature and hygrometry (40 to 60%).
On the other hand, humidification can also be used for processes such as mushroom cultivation, which require a high hygrometry for their development (80-90%).
